3. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Pricing may vary based on parts availability, labour requirements, or additional work identified during inspection.

  • Any extra work required will be discussed with you before proceeding.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Bookings can be made via our website, email, or phone.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee.

5. Vehicle Responsibility

While your vehicle is on our premises, we take reasonable steps to keep it safe. However:

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by external events beyond our control (e.g., weather, break-ins, theft).

  • You must ensure your vehicle has adequate insurance before leaving it with us.

6. Parts & Warranty

  • All parts used are new and sourced from trusted suppliers unless agreed otherwise.

  • Manufacturer warranties apply where relevant.

  • Workmanship warranties vary depending on the service provided; please contact us for details.

7. Payments

  • Full payment is required upon completion of work unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • We accept major payment methods (card, bank transfer, etc.).

  • Vehicles may not be released until payment is made in full.

8. Customer Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate vehicle information.

  • Notify us of any existing issues or modifications.

  • Collect your vehicle within the timeframe advised unless arranged otherwise.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or faults

  • Issues arising from parts supplied by the customer

  • Damage caused by neglect, misuse, or failure to follow maintenance advice

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

10. Website Use

  • You must not misuse our website, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt functionality.
